Refund and Cancellation Policy​

Within a month of your purchase, we will be pleased to offer you a complete refund if you encounter any issues utilizing VAppoint. There will be no refunds beyond 30 days.

Refund requests can be made by creating a support ticket in the customer area. Your request should be accompanied by a thorough justification for the request for a refund.

Please make sure your request does not contradict our Refund Policy.

Processing Refund requests

As soon as we get your request, we will send you an email to let you know that it has been received. We will then look into the matter and let you know if your refund request has been approved or rejected.

User's responsibility

You must first submit a ticket to our support desk so that we can attempt to help you with any issues you may have before we can issue a refund. Please allow our help Team 24 to 48 hours to respond to your help inquiries (read details of the use of Subscription services).

Illegitimate refund requests

If you simply decide not to use the purchased software subscription, refunds will not be given. We stand by our software solutions and will help you with any issues you have, but we also require that you have a thorough understanding of what you are buying and why.

Incompatibility with third-party products or software

Please be aware that we disclaim all liability and will not honour any refund requests made because our goods are incompatible with certain third-party software. We make no promises that our goods work flawlessly with any third-party applications, and we don’t offer support for them either.

Our technical support team is always glad to help and will provide prompt, high-quality support.

Payment of refunds

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment if your request is deemed to be reasonable. This typically happens within 7 working days of the request’s approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
